According to the Bill (Reg.№3311) it is suggested that the item 14 of the current law should be added by the part, where students and personnel are obliged to compensate state expenses on their allowance during the studying in the Higher Educational estates at the countries order in case of the pre-termed withdrawal of a contract for five years studying after finishing the higher educational estate.
The Committee upheld the Bill, as its adoption will help to liquidate the gaps in the current law re the compensation of expenses for the education.
